Shipping & Returns
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This follows the legislation in Sweden.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at support@capragolf.com . When your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems
Please examine your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it. Email us with information and a picture of the product: support@capragolf.com .

Exception
We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Changed
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (by contacting us), and when the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund.

International - SEK 99

Handling time for orders
All orders placed before 11am on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day, while orders placed after that are shipped the next day. Applies to weekdays and weekends.

International orders and EU orders
SEK 99 / SEK 69.

Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information depending on how you want the information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
